Key Responsibilities:
1. Secure new vacancies by engaging in sales and business development activities.
2. Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff.
3. Meet targets for acquiring new clients and organising service meetings.
4. Generate leads for sales activities from various channels.
5. Meet daily and weekly goals for speculative calls and client meetings.
6. Promote other divisions or brands within the organisation whenever possible.
7. Identify suitable candidates using a mix of traditional and innovative methods.
8. Conduct thorough pre-interviews and interviews to ensure the best candidates are presented to clients.
