Salary: £29,000 to £34,000 p.a. (dependent on experience, pro-rated for 6 months and for part time if applicable)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Systems Coordinator to join our HR team for a 6-month contract. This exciting role will primarily support the implementation, testing, and roll-out of our new HRIS system, Access People HR, and the associated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment.
You will work closely with the HR Manager to drive the successful development and deployment of the HRIS and ATS, making sure they fully align with HR processes and business needs. Your responsibilities will include mapping HR workflows, ensuring the system’s functionality, testing and troubleshooting, as well as offering ongoing support across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR processes, data management, and HRIS systems to play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of the new Access People HR system, including integration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to configure the HRIS ensuring the effective alignment, integration and automation of HR processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Collate and input both new and historical employee data into the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness for a smooth transition.
• Ensure proper data integrity and confidentiality during the migration and set-up processes.
• Work with the Access Systems Support Team to ensure timely resolution of any queries and/or technical issues.
• Regularly liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on system requirements, as well as fostering end-user buy-in at each phase of the project.
• Support system testing, including gathering feedback and troubleshooting issues, ensuring the HRIS meets all necessary functional requirements before go-live.
• Support with system training and provide guidance to users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and provide user guidance.
• Collect feedback from users to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and address any concerns early.
About You:
This role requires someone with a strong understanding of HR processes and previous experience of working with HRIS systems. You will have an excellent eye for detail, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and be able to work independently, while ensuring alignment with organisational stakeholders. Your ability to manage a range of tasks and your strong communication skills will be essential for the success of this project.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Essential:
o Previous experience in supporting the implementation/development of HRIS/ATS systems
o Strong understanding of HR processes and UK employment law.
o Excellent Excel skills, including data entry, manipulation, and analysis.
o Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data and maintain data integrity.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
o Ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Personal Attributes:
o Ability to remain organised and manage competing priorities within a fixed project timeline.
o Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret system data and provide actionable insights.
