Their diverse range of products are used on major Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Mixed Use and Light Industrial schemes across Europe & are specified by major architects & engineering consultants .
As a result of a growth plan, the board are looking to enhance their Senior Management team with a Sales Director who will be focussed on the UK & Ireland.
A strategic sales role that reports into the Board, the Sales Director will lead the functions of New Business Development, Client Development, Specification Sales, and Account Management.
Based in the company HQ in Worcestershire the Sales Director will be responsible for developing & executing a sales strategy that supports the company’s ambitious growth plans. This includes developing a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition & retention, and expanding into new markets whilst maintaining the company’s strong brand reputation.
A key leadership, the role will require a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on commercial execution. The Sales Director will be instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring seamless processes across account management, specification, client development, new business & customer experience.
Managing an established, driven & high performing sales team the successful candidate will need to demonstrate inspiring leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
The candidate will have a strong understanding of the Construction supply chain and specification sales process combined with excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills and experience of dealing at Executive level.
It is also essential that the successful person has a track record of developing and implementing innovative sales strategies whilst leading & developing sales teams.
In return the successful candidate will benefit from an attractive basic salary ranging between £90k-£100k ( dependent on experience), 23 days holiday +BH, Contributory pension, a quarterly company bonus ( Up to 25% of salary per annum), a company car /car allowance and excellent long term career prospects
