Award winning Harrod Horticultural specialises in designing, manufacturing and supplying superior handcrafted products for the garden, while Harrod Sport manufacture and supply sports equipment to a worldwide client base.
We are seeking a creative marketer to plan, develop and execute e-marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales and enhance customer retention. The ideal candidate will also manage and co-ordinate events and catalogue production.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive retention and win back customers, nurture leads, and promote products.
* Build compelling and personalised email content using templates with copywriting and asset coordination.
* Segment email lists based on customer data, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant messaging.
* Manage and develop content plans alongside another member of the marketing team, with the ability to write effective and engaging copy.
* Optimise email templates for maximum impact and deliverability.
* Oversee and continuously improve the customer journey.
* Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
* Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations.
* Event & exhibition management and co-ordination.
* Co-ordinate key catalogue and brochure production through all stages.
Person Profile
* GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English / A-levels/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* HND or Degree (Marketing desirable).
* Proven experience working in a similar role for 5+ years.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation.
* Exceptional creative writing with impeccable spelling and grammar.
* Passionate about marketing technology, data analysis and social media.
* An eye for detail and design, and a solid understanding of brand and customer.
* Demonstrate clear ROI on marketing activity.
