What You'll Be Doing: You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track — supporting the wider team while making sure our office is efficient, well-run and a great place to work. Admin & Office Support Managing reception, calls, mail and meeting room prep Booking travel, arranging events and ordering supplies Document formatting, CRM updates, diary management Supporting team meetings and distributing board papers Facilities & Health & Safety Overseeing cleaning, utilities, building maintenance and contracts Coordinating fire drills, health & safety checks and training Making sure our workplace is safe, well maintained and fully compliant Business & Team Support Helping with HR onboarding and training admin Supporting teams across transactions, asset management and marketing Organising corporate events, annual calendars and key internal meetings You’ll be involved in everything from logistics and communication to culture and compliance – no two days will be the same Work-Life Balance: - we value flexibility and understand that a great work-life balance is key to doing your best work. Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a senior admin/operations role. Someone who is organised, self-motivated and takes ownership. Excellent communication skills and a can-do, solutions-focused attitude. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally experience with CRM systems.
