Sales Representative (New Homes) Milton Keynes site based Up to £32K plus Commission - Company pension, BUPA, Life Assurance, 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) We are actively looking to recruit a Sales Representative with New Home build experience to join a Residential Developer that creates and build beautiful award-winning homes. Working Pattern This role requires working 5 days with occasional weekend work based on site in Milton Keynes. About The Role Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Representative will be an expert at selling customers new build family homes, from 2 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms, demonstrating a passion for customer service is crucial for this role. What You Will Do Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required. Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser. Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments. Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, legals and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion. Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices. Deal with any daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries. Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients. Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients. Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers. Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development. Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge. Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs. What You Will Have Experience of new homes sales. Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills. Full UK Driving License Able to work weekends
