Sales Administrator required to join a busy manufacturing team at a specialist organisation based in Kettering, Northants. The company supply special purpose machinery to customers in the UK and overseas. This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week and involves customer contact from both a sales and logistics perspective. Main responsibilities: Efficient handling of customer communications Processing and progressing of sales returns, freight and courier services Various administrative and sales related activities Applications are invited from candidates with the following background / experience: GCSEs or equivalent in both English Language and Maths A tenacious and can-do attitude Highly organised Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competent in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Able to work as part of a team and independently Customer service experience Desirable experience / attributes: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems Experience of sales administration or a similar role Experience in the use of email ticketing systems This role offers a great opportunity to join a well-established organization supporting a global customer base.
