Perm with bonus
Sales Overview: To increase revenue, growth, and market share by developing and implementing sales strategies.
1. Develops and implements sales initiatives to sell specific products or product lines.
2. Presents sales reports (budgets/forecasts, etc.) and compiles relevant monthly summary reports.
3. Builds, maintains, and monitors relationships with the Company's key accounts, communicating with them regularly, including visits.
4. Develops a plan for customer development in terms of timeline, targets, and monthly achievements.
5. Develops overseas distribution networks.
6. Develops Company exhibition plan.
7. Monitors and evaluates data to identify trends and implements relevant initiatives.
8. Liaises with other team members to keep abreast of marketing initiatives and new product development.
9. Manages a team of dedicated Sales/Customer Service Administrators and Human Resources & Customer Care Administrator to ensure they adhere to and comply with Company policies and procedures related to Sales and Customer Service.
10. Monitors and reviews customer contact (calls, messages, etc.) to ensure quality performance and that all communications are accurate and concise.
11. Ensures SLA's are achieved by all.
An annual bonus of a % of the shares is awarded to the Sales Manager.
