Our client is seeking a meticulous and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Shared Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and internal departments, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and assisting with payment runs. Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices through the accounts payable function
* Build strong working relationships with customers and internal departments
* Resolve all queries efficiently and effectively
* Assist with processing payment runs and verifying bank details
* Handle various administrative tasks, including processing employee expenses and credit cards
