Job Title: Editor
Job Description:
As an editor, you will work simultaneously on approximately 5-6 campaigns, where you will be responsible for tasks such as article and ad production. You are also expected to analyse data and optimise campaigns based on the results you observe. You will manage communication with the client regarding content delivery, reporting, revisions, and more. You will plan your own work and produce material according to the client’s key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring timely delivery of what has been promised to customers. Within 6 months of your employment start date, you are expected to work independently on your campaigns.
Campaigns:
• Develop angle proposals based on the client’s KPIs.
• Adapt the tone of articles/ads according to the target audience, media, and KPIs.
• Analyse data and understand how to use it for optimisation.
• Optimise articles, ads, and landing pages based on campaign goals and data.
• Work independently and in a structured manner.
• Manage the budget.
• Understand how AI can assist you with producing and analysing content.
Clients:
• Ensure timely delivery of what has been promised to customers.
• Provide weekly reports to customers and produce campaign reports upon completion (unless otherwise agreed with the client).
• Maintain customer contact, respond to emails, and be responsive and service-oriented.
• Join client pitches and support the account managers
Actively participate in kick-off meetings and other customer meetings alongside the responsible salesperson.
Office:
• Seek assistance from editorial managers and colleagues when campaigns are underperforming or obstacles arise.
• Be able to create a dummy for a standard campaign.
• Share insights and knowledge that your colleagues may find useful.
• Have a general understanding of the company’s products.
Technical:
• Create a campaign page in WordPress.
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Manager (handle your own campaign, create target groups, etc.).
• Introduced to other relevant platforms like Snap, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Build your own report in Whatagraph.
• Know what a pixel is, understand attribution models and how they work – but no deeper technical knowledge is required.

Criteria for a Strong Senior Editor Candidate
• Initiative / Independence:
• The editor can set up a media plan/strategy for a client and provide recommendations on how to allocate the budget to meet the client’s KPIs.
• Product Knowledge:
• The editor can effectively represent N365 as an ambassador in all situations, presenting the product and business in an appealing and trustworthy manner.
• Organisation / Time Management:
• The editor ensures quality assurance in high-volume production with short delivery times.
• Client Communication:
• The editor exhibits great care for customers by consistently meeting all their needs.
• Creativity / Innovation:
• The editor demonstrates an advanced understanding and creativity in content creation, both in articles and advertisements.
• Accountability:
• The editor has, for a long time, maintained a high number and stable set of campaigns. Customers consistently renew, resulting in high revenues.
• Internal Communication / Collaboration:
• The editor demonstrates clear abilities to communicate knowledge and inspire within the company.
• Leadership:
• Can act as a mentor for new colleagues.
• Technical:
• The editor has a deep understanding of measurement, including the technical aspects of how a pixel functions, as well as different attribution models and how they relate to the client’s evaluation of campaigns.
• The editor has a profound understanding of key metrics, including how to retrieve data from various ad management systems, and how to analyse them to consistently improve results against KPIs.
• The editor has experience with various types of ad management systems.
• A deeper understanding of AI and how to use it more directly in campaigns.
