Other key duties will include: Quote repairs and arrange repair visits and callouts with precision. Manage the ordering of spare parts to ensure timely service. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client calls to the service team, addressing queries and escalating issues as needed. Support the organisation of the aftercare office facilities, ensuring a productive work environment. Collate aftercare engineers' report cards to maintain service quality. Complete tasks as requested by the Team Leader, showcasing your adaptability. Maintain accurate and detailed client records to ensure high-quality service. Collaborate with other departments to manage workstreams effectively. Assist in the preparation of customer service statistics to drive continuous improvement. About you: You will need to have a minimum of 2 years in a customer service support role, this is essential. You will bring exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
