Position: Senior Mail Analyst
Contract Type: 9 month fixed-term maternity cover
Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry – flexible working - 3 days office based
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday / 09.00-17.00

About the role:
* Report on forecast mail volumes both internally and externally.
* Supervise the forecasting and accuracy of downstream access mail into Royal Mail, ensuring accurate operation of agreed procedures between DHL eCommerce UK, mailing agents, and Royal Mail.
* Support the Reporting function for UK Mail clients.
* Communicate effectively with customers, Key Account Managers, CPMs, and internal stakeholders for forecasting/reporting statistics, charges, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Effective use of Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Access, and SQL Studio Management.
* Experience in managing large datasets for statistical and performance-related analysis.
* Effective communication and analytical skills.
* Understanding of DSA Mail processes would be advantageous.
