The Grimsby Institute is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.
We are looking for a dedicated Atrium Assistant to join our team at The University Centre who is passionate about customer service and committed to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and allergen awareness.
As an Atrium Assistant, you will serve food and beverages to customers, students and staff members with a friendly and professional attitude. The successful candidate will maintain a clean and organised work environment, assisting with food preparation as required and serving barista style drinks including tea and coffee. Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly is a key part of the role.
Ideally candidates will have at least 1 years experience working within a catering or hospitality position with a good understanding of food safety, attention to detail and strong communication skills. Full training for the position will be provided and the successful candidate will specialise in barista coffee making.
