Base pay range
Remote position but must live on/near patch, Oxfordshire and South of England down to Southampton/Portsmouth area.

Our client is a European market leader within the Food & Beverages solutions sector.
Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for a high-achieving Account Manager / Client Services Executives.
This role will involve a 75/25 split of Account Management vs New Business, with a busy fast-paced opportunity including up to 10 face-to-face client meetings weekly and as many Teams meetings on the days working from home.
You will manage 60-80 existing accounts across completely different sectors where every day is different.
A fast-paced working environment requires strong organisational skills and time management.
Customer centricity is key, as you will support clients by building internal relationships with Operations and Customer Services to deliver on your promises.
Excellent communication skills are essential; you should be personable, engaging, and professional.
Good commercial acumen is necessary, with key objectives including:
1. To retain and grow existing clients.
2. Grow the size of accounts – cross-selling and optimising.
3. Renewal of contracts and tapping into the wider product portfolio.
4. Consistent delivery of the highest level of service and solutions.
Ideal Experience
* Experienced in B2B sales, within either a Sales or Account Management role.
* A high-achieving Sales person with a history of hitting and overachieving on targets/KPI’s.
* Accustomed to a high volume of client calls/meetings and highly self-motivated to meet stretching targets.
* Experience in putting together a clear business plan to identify the right clients to focus on each period is important, especially given the large volume of clients.
* A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder.
* Strategic, innovative, self-motivated, and with a tenacious and upbeat attitude.
