HR Administrator
Location: Totton
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
With over 50 years of experience, the company is the UK’s largest independent provider of cleaning equipment. They manage thousands of sites across the UK in a wide variety of sectors including retail, healthcare, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and education.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage HR administrative tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
3. Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
4. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
5. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
