Job Description
Experienced Welfare Rights advisers are required for our Welfare Rights Team to support staff and service users. Candidates must be able to maximise benefits, have excellent communication skills, be able to convey information to claimants and staff, and demonstrate an understanding of challenges/solutions for service users, including appeal tribunal representation when required.
These posts are excepted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).
