ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale transformation programs (procurement, IT, or digital focus) to drive structure, governance, and innovation. You’ll:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic procurement transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
* Champion best practices—implementing agile/hybrid methodologies, robust governance, and scalable PMO frameworks.
* Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to define scope, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Mentor junior PMs while operating as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
* Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools (experience essential).
ABOUT THE PERSON
* 10+ years in project/program management, with deep expertise in large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital, or consulting background welcomed).
* Authority in agile/waterfall methodologies—certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus.
* Data-driven decision-maker with a history of managing budgets €1M+ and cross-functional teams.
* Exceptional communicator—able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
* PMO leadership experience (governance, reporting, tooling) is highly valued.
