About the Digital Marketing Executive role
We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to aid us in the next stage of growth. You will be responsible for running our email channel and will also be required to assist in other areas of the marketing department, which may include SEO, Affiliates, and Refer a Friend.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Building emails within ESP
2. Work alongside the Creative Team on email campaign design
3. Working with Digital Marketing Manager on design briefs
4. Building and monitoring automations within the ESP
5. Building segments within the ESP
6. Copywriting and proofreading
7. Actioning email A/B tests set by the Digital Marketing Manager
8. Keeping email reports up to date and creating seasonal reports to be shared with stakeholders
9. Monitoring competitor activity
10. Tasks supporting the wider marketing department including SEO, Affiliates, and Refer a Friend
What experience you’ll need to apply
In order to be considered for the Digital Marketing Executive vacancy, we will be looking for you to fulfil the criteria below:
1. Previous experience in email marketing
2. Experience using an ESP (Emarsys preferred but not essential)
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Highly organised
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
7. Ambitious for what the team can achieve together
8. Inspired by working for an ambitious, values driven brand
9. Have a sport or activity that they enjoy participating in regularly
10. Are proactive, resourceful, curious and love thinking outside of the box
