Salary: £34,132 - £35,116
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an outstanding, long-term client who is undertaking a company-wide programme to overhaul and simplify their services, particularly their key suite of applications to deliver a more functional and flexible system for users at all levels. This role will require you to be on-site at their Central Birmingham office.
Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their programme team to support end-users at all levels. You will gain a thorough understanding of their services and systems to provide a high-standard support environment to stakeholders, whilst being heavily involved in the change management process of their transformational programme.
Application support is a critical function for our client, ensuring their systems are to a high standard to provide the utmost efficiency and remain competitive. Being a key stakeholder in the programme team, you will work with project managers in supporting programme service releases to ensure transitions provide minimum disruption, whilst making sure the day-to-day usage remains reliable and efficient.
Experience
We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who has exceptional experience managing both off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions, preferably using the Kanban framework. Solutions such as:
1. Banner XE
2. Oracle Fusion
3. WordPress
4. SharePoint
5. ServiceNow
Experience managing applications in both BAU and project-based is a crucial element of this role.
