This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to join a vibrant business in a newly established role. The role will require you to develop positive relationships with clients to establish a strong presence, whilst delivering daily functions within the wider team across Administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Developing positive relationships with clients Resolving any client issues effectively, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service Overseeing the daily functions within the front of house team and supporting the Senior Leadership Team Reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for the team to ensure company standards are met Assist with implementing new systems, policies and procedures Completing monthly billrun General administration for clients and reception cover when required for holidays or sickness About you Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential Excellent communication and customer service skills with elevated diligence Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Problem solver, who will follow issues through to resolutions Next Steps If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply for the position with your up to date CV.
