We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leadersto work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln. You will lead the team forwardto ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard. You will supervise a small team and be responsible for their coaching and development.
