Job Description
Your missions will be:
* Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
* Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast, the coffee shop and the bar
* Ensures the working areas are clean
* Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible
* Complying with Food Safety regulations
* Take food and drinks order and provides support to the breakfast
* Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Café and Bar
* Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
* Passionate for the success of the hotel
* Attention to detail and quality
* Willing to embrace changes
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
* Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
* Strong team player and positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Essential to be flexible with working hours.
* Must already have the right to work in the UK.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
