Job Title: Residential Children’s Care Worker
We are seeking to appoint full-time Residential Children’s Care Workers to work in our Children’s Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford, and Northwich. Cheshire West and Chester’s Residential service aims to meet the needs of its most vulnerable children and maximize their life chances to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes. As a Residential Children’s Care Worker, you will join an organization focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families. Over the next few years, the Council plans to expand its quality services by opening new homes. Our Children and Families team works in a trauma-informed way using our innovative multi-agency partnership model, ‘Our Way of Working’.

Qualifications and experience required:
* Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
* Experience supporting vulnerable children and young people.
* Supervisory skills.
We will provide training and support to develop your skills further. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative work.
