Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent one of the largest Energy companies in the UK and engage with customers in a positive and impactful manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, helping to promote our products and enhance customer experiences. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in social settings and enjoy interacting with people.
Duties
1. Act as the face of the brand, engaging with customers to create a memorable experience.
2. Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing information about products and services.
3. Promote brand awareness through various marketing strategies and initiatives.
4. Gather customer feedback to help improve services and product offerings.
5. Attend events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the brand.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s products and services to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Experience
1. Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
3. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this will enhance customer interactions.
4. A background in marketing or brand promotion would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
