1st Stage Interviews: 19th February 2025 What you'll be doing You will join our Empty Homes Team, assisting in the repair and maintenance of our empty properties ensuring they are at a suitable standard to be re let. Your main duty will be completing Clearances of our empty properties, maintaining gardens, basic ground works and supporting the empty homes trade teams with day-to-day tasks. We are a forward-thinking organisation so technology will play an important part in your role and as such you must be comfortable using a tablet device. More about you You will ideally have a range of basic trade skills, ideally with some experience of delivering high quality and timely works to domestic dwellings. You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring works are carried out to a high standard and, whenever possible, resolved at the first visit. You will need to have a full driving license as you will be allocated your own van. At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same We will need to take up an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check for this role which we will do for you when you start.
