Lower Hume Palliative Care currently has a vacancy for suitably qualified Registered Nurses with post graduate qualifications or experience working in palliative care to join the team on a casual basis.
This role involves working as part of the community palliative care team. The team provides assessment and support of palliative clients and carers in their home. We specialise in managing symptoms, improving quality of life, and offering emotional support while collaborating with various healthcare settings like GPs, specialists, hospitals, district nursing, allied health, and residential facilities.
Ideally you will possess :
* Valid Driver's licence
* Working with Children Check
* Advanced communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
