Position Details
The shift pattern for this position is to be confirmed.
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with Senior Charge Nurses across three wards within the Older People & Stroke Service, South Sector. You will provide administrative support to the SCN, including:
1. General office tasks such as absence management, letter writing, filing, and organizing meetings.
2. Rostering input, annual leave management, and audit support.
3. Development and management of databases.
4. Planning staff training and other duties as directed by the SCN.
