Responsibilities:
· Creating a supportive and inclusive living environment within the boarding house.
· Supervising and mentoring students outside of school hours, fostering personal growth and well-being.
· Participating in extracurricular activities, outings, and events.
· Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.
· Serving as a role model and advocate for the school's values and ethos.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree (preferred).
· Experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
· Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

Hours of work:
37 weeks per year: term time + 3 weeks + 1 week of training
· Due to the age range of pupils in their care, we cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 21 for our House Parent vacancy.
