Responsibilities:
1. Creating a supportive and inclusive living environment within the boarding house.
2. Supervising and mentoring students outside of school hours, fostering personal growth and well-being.
3. Participating in extracurricular activities, outings, and events.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the safety and welfare of all students.
5. Serving as a role model and advocate for the school's values and ethos.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree (preferred).
2. Experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
4. Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

Hours of work:
37 weeks per year: term time + 4 weeks
Due to the age range of pupils in their care, we cannot accept applications from anyone under the age of 21 for our House Parent vacancy.
