As a Showroom Host, you will welcome every customer to our Audi dealership in York, establishing their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff, ensuring that all customers are well attended to at the Dealership and assisting them where appropriate. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in line with the company’s high standards and carry out professional work with enthusiasm and energy!

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
* Caring for and providing refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
* Assist as necessary to maximize the customers’ comfort while they are on site.
* Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer-facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
* Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service inquiries from the customer.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public, and other team members.
* The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
* A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
* An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
