The role:
To support all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel
* To be instrumental in managing the life-cycle of our employees, from recruitment, induction, performance and conduct management to exit interviews
* To lead and enhance the employee culture and engagement, maintaining the alignment with the companies vision and values
* To be knowledgeable in employment law, with the ability to guide and support the management team
* Be involved in identifying training, in order to continue the development of our employees at all levels while enhancing the service provided to our guests.
* To build relationships with local colleges, universities and the local community
* Ensure the HR function and team is aligned with the business objectives
