My client (nursery) in Luton is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification alongside nursery management experience as either a deputy or room leader.

What our Nursery Deputy Managers are responsible for:
Support the manger for Implementation the EYFS and help planning and record keeping.
Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
Support the management with a busy and thriving nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
English and Maths GCSE
Strong leadership and management skills
Passion for early childhood education
