The Role:
As a Project Delivery Manager, you will:
* Manage the planning, delivery, and resource allocation of automation projects
* Ensure project milestones and client expectations are consistently achieved
* Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and senior leadership
* Improve business systems and internal processes for better collaboration and efficiency
* Lead, support, and mentor multi-level engineering teams
* Track and report on project performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
* At least 2 years' experience in a project delivery, automation, or technical engineering environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities
* A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Experience mentoring teams and coordinating cross-functional projects
* Technical skills and an ambition to progress into a leadership or PM role
