Join the Close Brothers WorkPlace Team where you will support the management of the financial budget including management of the properties under the Group Facilities contract and managing payments within the Property and projects team, inputting into the department’s strategy for service delivery and future forecasting. The successful candidate will engage positively with all of our supply chain and P&F team to get the best value out of our contracts and operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Support in commercial assurance role for all commercial and contractual changes, including supporting management and providing required management information to support senior decision making and reporting. Manage Reactive budget spend – identify trends Payment of supply chain within 30days Maintain channels of communication with supply chain identifying and resolving commercial issues. Support in maintaining risk and issue logs and ensuring minutes are taken and filed. Support management of suppliers against their contractual SLAs/KPIs, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and all contract related risks or issues are addressed. Key in leading the commercial elements of all procurements and supplier negotiation processes to ensure legally and commercially sound outcomes. Review and analyse supplier spend, identifying areas for saving and efficiencies. Assess commercial data for both accuracy and audit purposes, and provide input to management reports and other requests for information WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF: Management & Accounting qualification, BTEC/ ILM3 or above Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills both written and oral Ability to produce reports and analyse data The ability to demonstrate an analytical approach, good problem-solving and strong negotiation skills. - Making Effective Decisions Experience of managing commercial suppliers and delivering value for money, including experience of contract management and measuring SLAs, KPIs and using contractual levers. Experience Knowledge of procurements, with an understanding of Bank procurement rules.
