Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately price building works, labour, plant, and materials
* Work closely with our team to ensure project estimates are realistic and achievable
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results
About Our Projects:
* Predominantly private residential building projects, including extensions, renovations, new builds, and some conservation heritage works
* Projects Value: £250k to £3M
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Building Estimator or experience of pricing building works from foundations upwards
