Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Practice Health & Safety measures required to work safely on Roche instrumentation in the laboratory environment
* Perform routine maintenance procedures on systems across the Roche portfolio, as guided by checklist
* Perform troubleshooting techniques to identify and correct issues that may be encountered on instrumentation
* Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion, in relation to all service activities undertaken. Ensure that all stock and spare parts are handled in alignment with local and global procedures
* Assist Regional Customer Support Centre with handling remote support requests
* Assist with the installation and commissioning of Laboratory automation and testing equipment
