Job Description
Salary: £51,801 - £59,724 per annum
Fixed Term Contract (3 years)
37 Hours per Week
An exciting opportunity for a 3-year fixed term contract has arisen to oversee the Contract Compliance, Brokerage, Placements and Blue Badge Teams, as Team Manager.
The Contract Compliance Team is responsible for managing provider relationships and performance. The team monitors providers' care delivery and ensures compliance with the Eastern region contract standards and that they are working in line with the Care Quality Commission's regulations.
The Brokerage Team is responsible for sourcing out of borough placements, negotiating fees, and ensuring appropriate contracts are in place.
The Placements Team sources in borough home care and residential placements.
The Blue Badge Team processes applications for disabled parking badges and issues them based on national eligibility criteria.
The post requires the person to travel across the borough.
A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check at Enhanced Level will be required for this post.
