About The Role :
As an integral part of the schools team, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, with the potential for KS5 teaching depending on your experience and expertise.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to achieve their best.
* Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing personalised learning strategies to cater to individual needs.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of English teachers, sharing best practices, and contributing to departmental development.
