We’re growing our in-house resources team, a team responsible for the deployment and line management of 800 Groundworkers based on our busy sites across the UK.
As a recruitment and resources coordinator, you’ll assist with recruitment of groundworkers, support the onboarding process and assist with other administrative tasks relating to the management of our existing site-based workforce.
You’ll work with our wider resources team and project/site managers to make sure our sites have the right labour resource, deployed at the right time to keep our projects on track.
The role is fast-paced so you’ll need to be organised and a great communicator.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Excellent organisational and IT skills.
* Be able to communicate effectively and precisely both written and verbally.
* Be able to work confidently both independently and within a team.
* Have a Full UK Driving license and able to travel if required.
Desirable:
* Experience within a proactive role such as Recruitment, Sales, or HR background.
* Experience working within a similar industry such as construction or civils.
Full time hours: option of hybrid working with Skipton as main office.
