Experience in coaching and mentoring would be advantageous. You must also have a basic level of education and awareness of legislation in the industry, such as Safeguarding. You must also have experience in dealing with CRM data bases and the ability to deal with demanding customers in an empathetic understanding and caring way. THE ROLE You will be responsible for the successful running of a robust shift, ensuring process and procedures are adhered to in line with business expectations. You will be ensuring KPI's are achieved by effective service management and staff management whilst on shift. You will also be providing support for operators when they are dealing with call handling ( i.e. emotional, abusive or difficult calls and be the escalation point. You will be working closely with the coaches feeding back and liasing on operators performance and escalating any crisis management full job description available on request.
