We are looking for a proactive and analytical Building Management Systems Analyst based in Swindon, who will work on a high-profile blue light service contract to provide technical support for a range of remote assets including Building Management / Building Energy Management Systems (BMS / BEMS) and Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Working under the guidance of the Building Management Systems Bureau Lead you will monitor the alarm systems on the client’s estates. You will be interrogating alarm alerts and be resolving issues remotely and collating issues to the supply chain who will resolve the issue onsite. For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, you will raise reactive work orders using the BMS system.
You will ideally have a Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) certified qualification as well as proven experience in a bureau or customer service environment and ideally some experience in facilities management. You will be IT literate, have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some experience of using CAFM systems. Equally, you will be a self-starter, be able to work independently as well as in a team and be able to meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a rotational shift pattern. The first week’s shift time will be 9:00am to 6:00pm and the following week’s shift times will be 12pm to 9:00pm.
