The Opportunity. The opportunity on offer is to support the business for an interim basis and help with the following:• Onboarding administration of all new starters• Screening calls to candidates• Interview management and preparation• CV sifting and screening• Undertake briefing calls with hiring managers• Advertising jobs• Contract variations What you need to succeed. This key role in the business requires a candidate with a thorough understanding of the recruitment process from initial job briefing calls and meetings with hiring managers, shortlisting vacancies, arranging interviews and onboarding new starters. You will be highly organised and proactive and be highly IT literate. This is an initial interim opportunity to cover an increase of work.
