The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our Unified Communications (UC) solutions, building strong relationships with partners, and delivering tailored services to meet their unique needs. Your role will focus on managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic engagement and expert advice. With your UC expertise, you'll lead customer interactions, showcase innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, all while contributing to our overall business growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring seamless communication and ongoing engagement.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling UC solutions.
* Act as a UC specialist, providing tailored recommendations and guidance to customers on their communication needs.
* Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and growth through strategic account management.
* Lead customer engagement initiatives, including hosting product showcases and exclusive VIP events with our UC specialists.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and effective campaign execution.
* Track and optimise account performance, using data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Account Management, with a strong background in Unified Communications (UC).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—you're a people person who thrives on customer engagement.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
* Ability to manage complex bids and negotiate winning deals.
* Highly organised with a knack for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
* A passion for continuous improvement and delivering excellence in execution.
