About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver and Warehouse Operative to join our Logistics team. The role will focus on delivering ultra-premium automotive parts safely to locations throughout Essex and beyond.
The job is ideally suited to someone who can work under pressure and is comfortable with manual handling and lifting of heavy boxes and cartons.

We are partners on premium, low-volume programmes for luxury global automotive brands such as Mercedes-AMG, McLaren, Ford GT, Aston Martin, Pininfarina, Gordon Murray, and many more. We deliver all aspects of design, engineering, testing, and manufacture from a single facility, providing a vertically integrated solution.
In addition to our work with global automotive brands, we deliver full vehicle development including chassis and powertrain to high net-worth heritage racers via our heritage racing division, ADP Classic Racing.
Roles and responsibilities
* Deliver items in a timely and professional manner to locations in Essex and beyond.
* Carry out pre and post-trip inspections of company vehicles, reporting any deficiencies to line management.
* Refuel vehicles.
* Ensure company vehicles are clean inside and out.
* Drive safely and obey all traffic laws.
* Possess a mature and professional demeanour at all times when representing the company.
* Be responsible for keeping accurate records, fuel purchases, journey log sheets, and other record requirements that may arise.
Skills required
* Hold a full clean driving licence (minor points will be considered).
* Have a good driving record with no more than 3 points.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Have a safety-first mindset.
* Hold basic IT skills.
* Have good attention to detail.
* Have good English and Maths abilities with clear written and spoken communication skills.
* Be an effective and motivated team player, able to work closely with others and in a self-guided capacity.
* Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among fellow operatives.
* Possess a flexible approach, able to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
* Have good literacy and numeracy skills including the ability to read engineering drawings and create detailed set-up documentation.
* Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Maintain a professional, accountable, proactive, and helpful attitude at all times.
* Maintain the ability and maturity to give and receive feedback constructively and negotiate with colleagues harmoniously.
Experience
* Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience.
Additional Information
Shift information
Monday to Friday, 8am until 4.30pm

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
