About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Deal, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an NQT/ECT looking to inspire young minds and nurture a passion for science in students from KS3 to A-Level.
As a Chemistry Teacher, you will deliver engaging and dynamic lessons, promoting a deep understanding of chemistry principles. The ideal candidate will be committed to raising academic standards and encouraging students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
* Foster an environment that encourages curiosity and scientific inquiry.
* Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where necessary.
* Collaborate with the Science Department to support the delivery of the curriculum.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports diverse learning needs.

About You:
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS), or a recent graduate working towards QTS.
* A passion for Chemistry and the ability to inspire students.
* Strong subject knowledge of Chemistry at all levels, including A-Level.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities.
* Experience in the UK education system is preferable, but not essential.
