We are looking for 4 First Response Legal Assistants to help develop and grow our specialist Housing Disrepair and Financial Mis-selling law firm in Bolton.

The Role
We are seeking 4 enthusiastic candidates to join our specialist first response team. The successful applicants will have great communication skills, a strong work ethic and be a great team player. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate and enhance your skills in our specialist team with opportunities to develop your career and rapidly progress within our business and the legal industry.
You will work under the supervision of our highly experienced Head of First Response who will support your career development, enhancing your skill set and legal experience.
The role will see you working autonomously alongside other team members, so it is essential that you can work well within a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a professional and friendly first point of contact to our clients;
* Accurately obtaining client details and assessing the eligibility of potential claims;
* Carrying out client identification verification;
* Supporting a team of fee earners and solicitors;
* Ensuring that our case management is updated and maintained accurately;
* Assisting senior management with the improvement and development of front-end processes.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Positive, energetic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about speaking to clients and delivering exceptional customer service;
* Target driven whilst maintaining excellent customer client care;
* Ability to accurately record data within our case management system;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Excellent organisational skills;
* Computer literate in Excel and Microsoft;
* A sense of humour.
