Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & Manage: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
* Build Strong Relationships: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere by engaging with children, families, and staff.
* Develop & Inspire Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a passionate team of educators, promoting professional development and best practices.
* Oversee Curriculum Excellence: Ensure that curriculum planning is innovative and meets the diverse developmental needs of every child.
* Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the smooth and sustainable running of the nursery.
* Uphold High Standards: Maintain outstanding levels of care and education in line with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or above, with substantial nursery management experience.
* Leadership & People Skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams, with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
* Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years child development.
* Excellent Communicator: Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, combined with top-tier organisational skills.
* Commitment to Excellence: A proactive attitude towards driving improvements and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
