Main duties of the job To assist the Sonographers and Radiologists, Radiographic and Nursing staff in the smooth running of the x-ray / Ultrasound/BMD / Mammography and Nuclear Medicine rooms at Harrogate District Hospital, Ripon Community Hospital and other community settings. This will involve greeting patients, changing them into gowns, assisting with the procedure, giving personal care to patients, for example toileting, processing images, undertaking necessary clerical work and liaising with wards and clinicians.
