Are you a fan of production / manufacturing? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you to join an established company based in Crawley. My client is currently looking for assembly and machine operatives to join their team in their busy manufacturing and production area.
The Assembly & Machine Operative role will involve:
* Checking and testing manufactured products
* Fault finding
* Setting machinery and assembly
You will be required to:
* Meet specific departmental and company targets
* Follow systems/procedures within the department, adhering to all health and safety regulations, housekeeping, work instructions, and quality checking.
* Perform assembly work and machine operating roles, and PCB testing.
Skills & Experience required:
* Computer literate with basic mathematics
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Experience working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy; previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Experience using similar machinery is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Able to understand mechanical drawings/artwork is preferred but not essential.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
Pay: £11 per hour
