ClinicalFollowing training: To communicate nutrition care plan to patients and/or patients families and other members of the Multi-Disciplinary Team To attend multidisciplinary team meetings on behalf of the dietitian Professional To take responsibility for checking the supply and availability of diet-sheets and other resources within the department. To take responsibility for updating information on the nutritional computer programme under guidance from the supervising dietitian. Organisational To comply with the organisational and departmental policies and procedures. To communicate clearly and sensitively to all key working relationships and groups whether it is verbally, written or electronically.
