We are looking for a Senior Project Controls & Analytics Engineer to join us at Lower Thames Crossing, to play a pivotal role in a major project in the Highways sector.
What you'll do:
* Ensure the consistent application of coding standards, processes, and procedures across the project.
* Integrate Programme Control (P6), Cost and Budget (BoQ), Earned Value Reporting, Change Management, Resource Allocation, and Forecasting.
* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and analysis.
* Identify root causes, trends, and improvement areas through data analysis.
* Provide actionable business intelligence reports and develop digital solutions.
* Integrate cost, planning, and delivery functions to ensure accurate data.
* Automate data processing activities to increase efficiency.
* Create accurate progress reports with KPIs for project stakeholders.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Knowledge of the construction industry and/or a construction-related accreditation or qualification.
* An understanding of Microsoft Excel and Power BI (DAX, M) or similar.
* Understanding of project controls, project management, and commercial awareness.
* Knowledge of project methodology, as well as an understanding of earned value management.
* An understanding of stakeholder management and team leadership.
